Duynie Feed is an international feed company with companies in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.  Duynie Feed works with the food, beverage and bio-fuels industries and are specialists in sustainable feed solutions. With more than 50 years of experience in the sales of the co-products from the afore mentioned sectors into the animal feed market.  Duynie Feed Europe is responsible for selling over 4.5 million tonnes of mainly moist and liquid co-product per year.

You are accountable for the communications and engagement of the Duynie Feed Brand in the regions we are active in across Europe. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager Europe, with functional lines with the local marketing communications specialists.


  • Creating and executing a Duynie Feed Communications strategy, including effective use of multiple communications channels, along with the creation of consistent and impactful messaging and themes.
  • Deliver effective communication on business developments, namely the launching of new products and new innovative tools and solutions to the market.
  • Develop Customer Experience mindset within the Duynie Feed Europe organisation.
  • A multi-channel joined up communications approach across Duynie Feed Europe.
  • Overall ownership of Duynie Feed marketing campaigns and content.
  • Managing European and supporting local business with events (digital and physical).



Job requirements

  • University degree
  • English language skills
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, at least 2 years as a Manager.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the agri-food sector.
  • Experience with working across Europe with many different cultures and primary languages.
  • Experience in delivering multi-channel communications strategies.
  • Digital savvy - specifically how to utilise digital for Marketing Communications.
  • Organisation and programme management, executing the communications strategy.
  • Location: Home Office
  • Prepared for travel to different countries across Europe in a pioneering role. Easy access to an international airport is an advantage.
